Job security is not there for contract staffs they can be easily made out once not required the Administration doesn't bother about employees future and welfare, mismanaged Administration with lots of flaws,unfair company policies,no addressal of employees grief, hospital is not capable to deal with critical care set up for a patient,lots of unnecessary politics ,employees rights are not respected
