The policy for contractual employees are poor and often they are misbehaved by the HR for asking promotion as per the company rules. If you are not serving in Railway then dont join this company. This is full of corrupt people starting from top Chairman level, no career growth here. No training but they will send yoy directly to site. No allowence for purchasing tools neother they provide it but officers will always blame you for not having tools. Engineers are treated like supervisor or Daily Labourer or even worst here. The entire organization live on the sympathy of some corrupt Contractors firms. If you have GATE score and thinking to join this organization, please dont ruin your career here.

Work culture. Work Life balance horrible. Promotion is in darkness. No fixed rule for salary hike and promotion. Need to work like slave of officer. Everything related to work depends on officers if your control officer is good you can work without tension else every minute you will be in stress and tension. May more...
