My job profile had fixed timings, very convenient shifts and a nice office space. There is good coordination between the teams and coworkers are helpul at all times. The Lower Parel office had a decent park for breaks.

Dislikes

There is no promotion in case of designation or salary. No work appreciation. No proper training for new employees.

Everything was fine until this pandemic showed up a company survived more than 30 years and suddenly there was lay off for more than 70% of the staff which is not accepted we worked for this company and I wish they never consider lay offs

I loved the culture of the company and was blessed to work with Rail Europe I was a temporary employee but was the treated equally and was supported at every step, in March my mom went through heart attack and they supposed me every single person from there was ready to help me financially and emotionally I loved working there.

Only thing I hate is that my contract got ended I was willing to stay there for long but unfortunately I didn't got that chance but will Love to work with Rail Europe in future if got any chance

Please be careful of the operations manager Jitesh Unnikrishnan. Also the HR manager is crazy Nihar patel. I was asked to leave within 1 month after joining. Lots of end minute changes in the policy.

Managers and HR worked against staffs and TLs were disrespectful to their team members. No one appreciates the good work and people were kicked out during pandemic illegally without following the laws.
