... company in this world basically it is not a company it is just like small shop. No wtork environment , culture and also not getting salary in time. I am join June 2016 and resign in January 2017 and also give two month notice period and complete all formailties but till date 01.09.2017 not received my Salary of my last two month and also full & final settlement

Less work pressure and travelling is also seldom which we do not see in most of the field jobs.

Dislikes

Salary will be very less for the Engineers and sometimes there won't be any yearly increment. Not good for highly educated or experienced professionals.

Job security:- in one day your' dismissed to your job Work culture:- no team work, everyone want to make superior in front of their top management. Management:- management always believe on backbiting by other senior employee. Company policy:- it is good but all branches are not monitored closely.

Branck manager or service manager give priority of their language speaking brothers

Joined because I was interested to take the responsibility as challenge. with great exposure of my experience.I also could prove my ability and knowledge strength.

Teammates were very old employees and not ready to adjust with new senior employee,No scope for career growth,Unprofessional company.At the time of appointment many things committed but not fulfil during my serving period.

This is a very good companey ,but i have to work 12 hours .some times too pressure create to mee but its right to make me prove myself..
