01. low foding allowance 02. non technical cm,pm running technical site so just imagine the scenario. 03. Sunday working 04. less increment 05. work culture is not good for technical staff. 06. No Extra Concession in Holidays, if u work holiday u get nothing. 07. 02 month notice period 08. supervisor is treated as a manger and engineer treated as a supervisor because of non technical cm 09. no team work,

...so very good here, it's being my pleasure to work in this esteemed organization. No such toxicity in work environment, always provides salary in time, job security is very strong here. If anyone likes to work in a very good corporate and friendly environment, definitely this company is the ultimate goal 👌

Work environment is very good and wonderful working platform. Overall the company culture is excellent. All staffs are helpful & good behaviour. HR team is very active to care about staffs.

Only one point is noticeable, Salary given by the company after 15th of every month's.

No Likes, No days off. Sunday full day working no benefit of over time.

They want you to join in 10 days and there notice period is of 2 months. If you don't serve complete notice period they will not pay you your notice period salary. Top management is corrupt.

...ees maximum of the time. Job security is Good. Many Projects are here right now. Salary timely and support of Directors is always there. One of the best and reputed organization in Kolkata.

... need candidates from mega projects not from Big companies with small projects. Flexibility and humanity or human hand to be involved in office/HO timings when now a days Other organization is sharing profit with their employees here salary is deducting for minor late comings no valid concessions. In my opinion when count and deduct for late coming automatically by collecting data from machine they should pay extra for real overtime works.in the same process.
