Theres nothing to like about at Radtel India .First of all management is the worst which I have seen .Even if u give your best effort ,you will not get any increment from Edred people .They will promise you in the starting joining month ,but later on they won't even bother about it .So do not apply to this worst company and ruin your career

Dislikes

Saturdays are a working day .There is no work life balance. Management wants you to work all the time like dogs .They just bark orders at you like do this do that etc. I got mental torture and depression from this great company

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
