Company policies are good,Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. But in unit D201 working culture is not workable because there are very politics and very leg pulling.

Dislikes

Radnik Group is a good company, owners are nice and great but there is a lot of politics & leg pulling and the management dose not address our issues.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in New York hence I got a B1 visa quickly.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to do client work in the late evening and sometimes late into the night.

THEY PROVIDE GOOD ENVIRONMENT IT GIVES THE TRAINING FOR THE SAFETY FOR WORKING. THE COMPANY USE THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY. IT IS GIVE HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMER. TAKE DAILY BASIS MEETING WITH THE SENIOR.

THIS COMPANY PROVIDE LESS SALARY AT STARTING PERIOD AND GROWTH IS SLOW AND WORKING HOURS DEPENDING ON THE WORK IN THE COMPANY ALL MOST 12 HOURS PER DAY. SENIOR DO NOT GIVE PROPER TRAINING BUT UNDERSTAND THE COMPANY WORKING OURSELF

...for 2 months internship project. All the seniors were very supportive & helpful. They also offered PPO but the package was very less so I didn’t choose to go. But overall learning experience was really good.

Dislikes

No proper medication for employ who falls sick. Less salary as compared to other companies. Hierarchy domination.

Infrastructure is good. Few people are good.

This is worst company I have worked, my senior's behaviour was too bad, she always screem, misbehave, always pass sarcastic comments. I complaint several times but instead of doing something with her, I got scold.decided to leave this place in very short span of time of 4 months with some scary memories.
