Working culture of this company is really good. No one puts any kind of pressure on you... Even if you have some painting task on weekends and you are so workoholic you want to do that task on weekend this people will insist you not to work on weekends.. They says this is the culture of our company that weekend is for family not for work no matter how much work is pending. Because size of company is small.. you will get lots of work to do.. which ultimately will give you so much of exposure and experience. You will also feel growth in your skills.
