A good salary, yearly bonus and benefits for employees. Many good projects are there but not only in some of the teams. Letting some old employees hang on projects to give support and giving new projects to new employees happens quite often. Salary and learning opportunities are good for at the entry level.

Many senior level employees do not have any technical knowledge and are still supported and promoted. Letting old employees hang on to the old projects for support and giving new projects to the new employees happens quite often. However, work and work life balance depends on the manager.
