food and parking will de deduction from employee salary. Permanent employee fired too. Worse politics. If manager does like, emploee will be in trouble. Does n't matter quality of work in this case.

1. They give highest priority to Work Life Balance 2. Good culture and friendly to employee 3. Management is cooperative and encouraging. 4. Always keeps check on the Technical work given so that the employee is not stuck with similar kind of work. Priority given to Individual Learnings and Personality growth.

Dislikes

Delayed Bonus Company can give more options to employees for tax saving.

There are some good teams where you'd wanna work and learn but internal politics hinder you from shifting or takes months before you've squeezed out whole at the current team. Good place for people used to or interested in politics.

Dislikes

... become one of them, "We're Family, but wrong place to find money", as they say. Compensation: Policies, benefits, CTC and things agreed upon before joining are often changed few months in, which are non-negotiable. Career Growth: Not recommended for young professionals seeking to grow their career, as the environment is not conducive to development. Lack of exposure, opportunities and fixated skills which would render useless when switching. Management: Lot of mismanagement the VPs aren't aware of. Poor onboarding experience in terms of learning and exposure of new hires.

Nothing much. For me work from home is good.

Dislikes

...ring. Changing offer letter after joining. Lay offs after 3-4 months of joining. Insurance policy for individual also changes after joining, individual need to pay for their insurance. No hikes or appraisal even after being best performer in the team. Bonus / variable is fake they don't provide bonus for 2 years . Worst than Indian company. No on training, certification etc. If they ask to take certification, they don't reimburse the same aswell.

We will get high work and salary as well, Radisys is good option, if you are okay to takeup good amount of work with good salary. You will all the chances to learn new technologies here. Manager support is good. 2 days work from office hybrid model. Free food & snacks
