Many things:...... At the time of appointment they just negotiate in salary and do not talk about the rules/policy of working.... Management behaviour is worst, they misbehave, humiliate and behave as a dictator, not even the CBSE guidelines are followed here properly...... Teacher's reputation is at lowest here, even a peon can threaten them...... School timings can extend any day without any prior or proper information..... Management dislikes truthful reaction of teachers, they are fond of buttering, so only a few people remain employed here for long, most of the teachers tend to leave after short duration...... RO filters are dummy, water coolers have underground water as such, the management and administration have Bislery bottles supplied to them and are not worried about the health of the teachers or students...... The timetable keeps changing almost every week causing a lot of trouble for the teachers and students. They force teachers to teach subjects other than their own teaching subjects. Chemistry laboratory didn't have a safe store, nor have they appointed a qualified lab assistant, on demand they provide one of the peons who aren't able to do anything in the lab..... There's no fixed policy on marking teacher's attendance and leaves. They'll mark anyone absent even though they are present and working in school.......
