I worked for the company for around 2 years n 8 months. In the starting phase, management displayed me the good image of the hotel by chanting the brand name again and again. They told me to follow all the high profile standards and maintaining strict discipline on the job. But within 2 months I came to the actuality that this hotel could be the best example of a 'Grocery store'. As per the owner, the general manager is equal to the chauffeur and he could say anything to its employees. He believe that employees are their servant and gives me any kind of work (personal also). In my job duration, I was forced to do illegal work for which I continuously regretted and got pressure of either doing it or leaving the job. I handed over my resignation three times against the illegal work to HR (in a hope for help) but was convinced that the same will not be repeated. I suggest others for to reconsider or search for any other job rather than putting this hotel name in your CV.

Nothing, salary bhi time pr nai aati boss. Khana bante hue dekh loge toh street food jyada better lagega

I liked working with Radisson blu but they are not helping in the crisis of covid19.

They are not helping me in the crisis of covid19 . I haven't got salary from April 2020. And I hate it to see Radisson's name joint with any owners hotel . I want Radisson to be their own ,not with other owner. Please saperat your name with other owners and make your own properties to make your staff happy.

I dont have any such problems with RHG . I Have worked with RHG before as well and was a fruitful experience. I have problem with the franchise property radisson blu udaipur

...in this crisis situation. I also have a family to support , how would I do it . Even I dont get my salary and balance of ramuration.i am stuck in udaipur can't go home to lock down . Its getting very difficult to survive without money . Please help if anyone can . Please

The property is very beautiful but the working environment and management system there, the food of the staff, the salary of the staff is the worst. After joining, no one cares whether he has found a locker or not found shoes or not, whether he is comfortable on duty or is he suffering from any problem, an If there are not many foreigners there, let them do it, otherwise let them leave the workd by doing extra there.

Very bad management bad system bad time in terms of salary there is no restriction they leave very late leave from duty after seeing the atmosphere there I joined another property after seven months

life is peaceful and good place. Salary on time. it's good when your home is near or in the same district because yo look both your job and your home very well. but don't expect the hike and growth when you are not good butter master. it's doesn't matter you performance is excellent or bad but 7% hike is your.

It is Easy to go From Metro to Remote city but it is very difficult to go from Dharamshala to metro city. And competitive brand( in Dharamshala) can't take you, it can cause difficulties in you career growth. And That's enough for a Professional person
