None as such but the fact we got to eat here, without anyone pin pointing at us. People were nice but some can be dicks and hit at you if you are a girl.

Dislikes

HR hated him, non supportive. Executive chef used to curse at us, had no patience. Pay was very less for the fact i worked for 10-11 hours. Offs were 4 only. Food was average in cafeteria, nothing to buy and eat.. girls lockers were meh. Nothing special. F&B production trolleys were shit, always used to struggle. Uniform were torn at times.

Radisson management company is good for providing training and salary but because of owner involvement there is no security for job.. owner will ask to leave the company but Radiisson management company will not help the employee to save or transfer to any other unit, because of this still i am suffering lot, i did not had job for 4 months and no money to pay my children school fee

Radisson will not stand to support the employee when owning company remove the person

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
