None as such but the fact we got to eat here, without anyone pin pointing at us. People were nice but some can be dicks and hit at you if you are a girl.

Dislikes

HR hated him, non supportive. Executive chef used to curse at us, had no patience. Pay was very less for the fact i worked for 10-11 hours. Offs were 4 only. Food was average in cafeteria, nothing to buy and eat.. girls lockers were meh. Nothing special. F&B production trolleys were shit, always used to struggle. Uniform were torn at times.

It was my first job.i have started my carrier from their.i have learnt my things from there .from top to the bottom.overall It was my best experience to work with this group.

The salary grouth was too poor over there.and the little bit of politics was my there

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Radisson blu kaushambi is not opening till September. They are not giving salary for their employees in the pandemic. Many of the employees didn't get the full salary of march.

Dislikes

I don't dislike radisson blu kaushambi because it is my first company where I am working. But in the pandemic they have to support their staff financially.
