Except for some managers who are skilled and yes they left the hotel were good to work with and learn.

Dislikes

Salary is terrible and environment worst for girls because of other girls. Learning is zero, training is worst as ever. Hotel is not a standard one and is not even equal to 1 star.

I'm luckily having a chance to work Radisson Blu hotel Doha Qatar thank you.teammates are good.workers accommodation is very good.there is big cafeteria and sport ground.and management is good.

Salary is good but career growth is very slow.

No to much work presser. and salary never come on time always fight with management after that we got the salary after date of 20 .

TO much politics in the HK department. big problem is that there is not proper shift timing. it is according to the boss when they reached in hotel after that all GSA & SUPERVISOR work timing is start.And when they leave in the evening then shift can leave the hotel,

The property is very beautiful but the working environment and management system there, the food of the staff, the salary of the staff is the worst. After joining, no one cares whether he has found a locker or not found shoes or not, whether he is comfortable on duty or is he suffering from any problem, an If there are not many foreigners there, let them do it, otherwise let them leave the workd by doing extra there.

Very bad management bad system bad time in terms of salary there is no restriction they leave very late leave from duty after seeing the atmosphere there I joined another property after seven months

life is peaceful and good place. Salary on time. it's good when your home is near or in the same district because yo look both your job and your home very well. but don't expect the hike and growth when you are not good butter master. it's doesn't matter you performance is excellent or bad but 7% hike is your.

It is Easy to go From Metro to Remote city but it is very difficult to go from Dharamshala to metro city. And competitive brand( in Dharamshala) can't take you, it can cause difficulties in you career growth. And That's enough for a Professional person
