...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Radisson blu kaushambi is not opening till September. They are not giving salary for their employees in the pandemic. Many of the employees didn't get the full salary of march.

I don't dislike radisson blu kaushambi because it is my first company where I am working. But in the pandemic they have to support their staff financially.

Meeting new people everyday, helping them to create a better experience for them.

...f records it is ALWAYS more than that because of the rush and responsibilities..and on top of that there is no overtime given for your extra work but they will definitely cut your salary if you spend 5 less minutes than the login hours required. Truth of hospitality industry.

Except for some managers who are skilled and yes they left the hotel were good to work with and learn.

Dislikes

Salary is terrible and environment worst for girls because of other girls. Learning is zero, training is worst as ever. Hotel is not a standard one and is not even equal to 1 star.

When i worked for them it was carlson group Working was super easy;modest coworkers;no peer pressures;well paid decent job Now taken over by GRT grp hv no idea how its now

There was nothing i disliked about it I just got a better job portfolio and pay package i left i joined The Park Chennai in sales
