Lot of politics as well as management is blackshee. Salary is to low and growth is too slow. there is a bond of 1 month before you do not resign if you resign then your experience certificate do not give you as well as not even acceptence resignation letter to show the other Hotel in cause of emergency they still say give 1 month of notice period.

I liked working with Radisson blu but they are not helping in the crisis of covid19.

They are not helping me in the crisis of covid19 . I haven't got salary from April 2020. And I hate it to see Radisson's name joint with any owners hotel . I want Radisson to be their own ,not with other owner. Please saperat your name with other owners and make your own properties to make your staff happy.

life is peaceful and good place. Salary on time. it's good when your home is near or in the same district because yo look both your job and your home very well. but don't expect the hike and growth when you are not good butter master. it's doesn't matter you performance is excellent or bad but 7% hike is your.

Dislikes

It is Easy to go From Metro to Remote city but it is very difficult to go from Dharamshala to metro city. And competitive brand( in Dharamshala) can't take you, it can cause difficulties in you career growth. And That's enough for a Professional person

None as such but the fact we got to eat here, without anyone pin pointing at us. People were nice but some can be dicks and hit at you if you are a girl.

Dislikes

HR hated him, non supportive. Executive chef used to curse at us, had no patience. Pay was very less for the fact i worked for 10-11 hours. Offs were 4 only. Food was average in cafeteria, nothing to buy and eat.. girls lockers were meh. Nothing special. F&B production trolleys were shit, always used to struggle. Uniform were torn at times.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates as well as all seniors are very well kind in nature and most supportive. Again the Management of the Hotel is transparent. Company policies are also very well appraisals fair and they give good salary and also give a moral support to their employees.

Dislikes

Salary is good but no career growth .Duty hours are too long and no security in duty hours . Company policies are good but no increment in salary as well related post and no bonus provided.
