...o covid the company was not able to sustain its employees for three months also. First there was a pay ut and then they started firing out people who are just 8 month old in a system out of which 4 months were covid. The company only supports old employee and was spending like anything begire covid. The management hasnt face such pressure before covid and to save their salaries they just started firing people.

Dislikes

Politics Ego without any hardwork Hollow showcase of best culture. No constructive plan for future Agency driven company. Sales manager only worked as a middlemen between agency and company where they just got a RO from agency and put in the system for login.

Likes

...FY (when there was no covid and people actually worked!) as well as this year's. They cut down people's salary by 55% (10 + 50) and then coerced them to take up multiple resposibilities beyond their scope by threatening lay-offs. Pathetic is the only way to describe the system, a pitiful "yes sir, ok maam" setup, certainly not condusive to anyone who has any self-worth whatsoever.

Dislikes

The inhibiting, non-transparent, bureaucratic and favoritism-led culture. They always tell you it follows an open-door policy, but I have never seen a more hierarchical and politicized structure.

Likes

...ows them. Most of the people there are waiting for someone else to do their job. And the salary is so bad that everyone working there has already lost any and all respect for themselves. They reward creativity by punishing it. If Radio Mirchi's entire team is replaced by a bunch of schoolchildren, they'll do a million times better.

Dislikes

I can never get back the time I wasted there, and the lazy, backstabbing workforce I met there.

...g to fill up for such colleagues' ignorance on the latest technological updates. They are laying off valuable resouces left right and centre during this pandemic and naming them as cost cutting of extra resources. An overrated work culture where the employees lack basic behavioural skills.

Dislikes

There is no scope of growth. Manager doesnot value the employee's unique skill. Preference is given to favourites in the team.

Likes

Company has taken care of front line sales employee during covid period. No hike in salary and no compensation.

Dislikes

Gender Biasness is their First year there is no increase in salary and no incentive. For empolyee no motivation factor is there.
