New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Good work environment and culture . company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Dislikes

Here only work. But not tell how to work internally every TMA and filters. and not help problem solving. Only work work work... If any technical person here and help for how to work fillter and TMA and this company achieve a good success and improve skills in every person, Product targets increase.

It was very pathetic to work with Radio design. Company has no policy. They'll change in policy at daily basis as per company benefit. No job security.working environment is quiet good.

Dislikes

I recommend you all never ever go to start your career with Radio design. You 'll feel same as working in hell. Management play dictator role in this company. Working staff is very low . Guys don't go for it

Flexibility about working time. Work load is not that much tough so you couldn't make your mind relax.

Some Team coordination is not good. Sometimes They behave like such kind of boss which u don't like and it's feels bad when things can be done without it.
