New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Specially Radio City celebrates every special day,festivals in a different way and also it take care of employees benefit so that he/she can make work life balance.Work hours are flexible in case of urgencies. I love Radio City.

I like everything about Radio City. One thing we is missing in small cities station is play area for kids for the concern of women employees but if you are in Delhi,Mumbai , Bangalore or other metro cities play area is like Bonus here.

Reputation of Company in Market 2. Give Respect to Everyone (From Peon to CEO) 3. The company's Employee Policy was Very Cool (10/10) 4. All Station Head or Head of the Department was also good at Manor and the way of Talking and Calmness in Everything (Taking Decisions or Talking with Someone) 5. Ashit Boss (CEO of the Company) was taking lunch next to me and with Everyone So, those are all things that impress me with the Company's Rules and Regulations
