it was an excellent experience to work with Radical Technologies, there was a lot to learn and explore, and good team members and seniors, work-life balance was also good and as I was working remotely it was very cooperative and supportive.

Tom sir and his colleague were supportive sometimes. Not sure, if they know what team faces actually. And, even if we try to discuss, the HR wouldn't let us to speak. Colleagues were supportive. Trainers were supportive. Used to get correct amount of incentives.

Dislikes

-> 6 days working -> Weekend plans collapsed as rush of f2f visitors were more and team was less so handling crowd was difficult -> Limited Parking

I joined SD training for 15k, i did not get proper training and softwea, even the dont have trainner. so i ask for refund but they refused to refund, so i filled case in consumer court with case number CC/21/193 filled at anand. after order of counsumer court i regularly called to Mr diaractor Mr Tom sir, they are not responding and not provide me refund, so i am thining to filling recovery petition. as per my strong suggestion, i am harassing by this institute, so if you wish to join training then join some other institute. if you have some other job in your hand then do not join this company because MANAGEMENT,HR,FI including Tom Sir is is strange and arrogant.
