...and yell at you. Whole establishment is unorganised. THEY MAKE FALSE PROMISES. I was told the salary of 28K but they gave me 25K. There’s no work and life balance. I would never recommend anyone to work there.

... where you can't get up from your seat, to making you work for extra long hours. Six working days and not a single hour they give you to relax but when it comes to pay, it's less. Highly political environment as the higher management has no understanding of the current scenario of education sector. The modifications the main guy in management does to all our creative work is highly demeaning. He does not understand the concept of exploring the mind of a child. And no work ethics, no benefits or perks for toiling more than a donkey over here. The worst work culture where they only talk about quality but believe in only quantity. Quality, creativity and good work has no place in this company.

People working here are good but the surroundings are not. Was my initial company which is why holds importance in my career.

.... needs better management. Owner has zero info how and what should be performed. No hike what so ever happens. About to die company.
