Radiant Polymers is best class company. No-one can defeat this at any stage. in my currier I never seen such ambitious, visionary and dedicated management who set the vision and achieve the same. Here no one can feel alone or tired, every time you will feel some new and enthusiasm. Radiant is good payable for right candidate and there is no bar. policies are also well which drive the organisation. Many people are there who spent their whole life in this company so no doubt on working culture and job security. All well. In nut shell I will say Radiant is really "Radiant" which will shine as always.

Nothing is there which can be dislike here. If you want to go up and wish to touch the sky then this is the right platform.

I like the way my team working with me. My company provides me opportunities to grow and enhance my skills. Often I travelled to various suppliers to confirm on time delivery of goods and to achieve target time which further satisfy my customer.my team is a collaboration of different individual who apply their skills for different situations

I can work in pressure also but I am not getting the growth that I need.

If any one works here, He/she will get all type of accounting works, that experience will help you but be ready to work challenging environment

Long working hours on each day of month. It's seriously a challenge to survive here as no work life balance.

I started my career with Radiant, overall experience is good as Radiant being an auto-ancillary, products here are quite technical and day to day job challenges people to accelerate - a big +ve point. Infinite learning opportunities for people who are willing to learn, management supports learning and improvements. lot of opportunities for skill development, career growth and learning, company also provides opportunity for job rotation. Job here is completely secure, no threat to job for people working proactively.

Dislikes

A constructive feedback for Radiant polymers is to improve upon their work culture & environment - it surely has improved in last several years. Also the culture of working late hours can be improved.
