...ife balance. You have to work for 11 hr minimum. On written time is 9:45-7:30pm. If you login at 10:01 your salary starts deducting. But you can never leave at 7.30pm. They follow HIRE AND FIRE POLICY. IF you cannot butter them they will terminate you or torcher your mentally in such a way that you will resign. Manager Mukesh Goel is horrible. He will give you a task at EOD & will not let you log out. WOMEN SAFETY??!! Safety ke naam pe dhaabba!! Out of the 3 Directors 2 Directors has wrong intentions towards good looking women. They will offer you for sleeping with them. Infact Manager also gives hint indirectly!! Pathetic Work Enviornment. There is only 1 HR to whom you can complain. Sonu Gupta, she is puppet of the director ceo. Instructs to deduct salary even if the employee is 1 min late, does not approve leave, being herself a women does not understand anything. Rude attitude & many more. Whole office is full of politics and toxic people.

First of all let me know that they delete google negaive review and buy good reviews from an organization time to time. So, don't trust and don't get caught in this trap on those reviews, it will ruin your life. I cannot express how much I regret working at this company. From day one, I was thrown into a toxic culture where employees are treated like garbage, Management, if you can even call them that, does nothing to foster any kind of positivity. Instead, they thrive on creating an environment of fear and disrespect. If you want to work in a place that destroys your confidence and makes you question your abilities every single day, this is the company for you. Stay far away if you value your peace of mind, mental health and dignity.

Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
