Please improve overall services provided by cash management services 1. There is no benefits of increment in salary 2.there is no facility for mutual transfer 3.there is no promotion for diligent and loyal employee 4.there is not any Cell for the redressal of grievances of employees 5. All the services needs to be overhaul

There are so many discrepancy in CRM At all the stages no one following proper rules and regulation laid down by the charter of company RM favoring their own employees there is a partiality among administration and employees

Its worsen i ever seen there is no safety precautions for employees more than they cut off the salary they have to give us alternate days on these pandemic bit they refuce...

They dnt need employees they only need silent worker who do whatever they want ,they deduct money from our salary n RCMS head office declared to take alternate days to work but Ahmedabad RCMS didnt seems like to do they call to come regularly in this pandemic.

When I Was is Radiant That time Our Boss was Too Strict That time I was Unmarried So Sometimes I was not able to reach at office in time That's why My Boss deducted My Salary Sometimes
