Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

...te keeper as office and home are one. They not even provide water for employees. They only find the reason to cut salary and give you only half and half. Their motive is only to provide salary upto 5000 after all deduction. They do not have any business for growth.

If you are a student they offer you internship do not accept they just want to you to work and in interview they tell you to deposit 10 th school marksheet for security and you accept then they tell you to their office is in us and all process is on us office so they waste your time they send NDA documents to not disclose and information they trap you fully after they send you offer letter nothing is mentioned no intership details no stipend no other details when you ask for details they cancel your intership .
