holiday are very less and salary deductions too much,they deducted gratity,phone recharge amount,bonus every there pf accounts is also funded ,you will not see there pf in your pf account hr policy very bad

Working time more. HOD are non supportive, only highlighting the issue of juniors. Strict entry time but ni flexibility in our time- working start after 8 hrs. HOD thinks that all employees will worked 24 hrs. HR policy are very bad. They deduct money without any information.

RACL giving a good atmosphere to all engineers for learning and growup . the system of HR to every stuff is too smoth for the employee they are more sensitive about employee work and problems . here I am learning daily in core mechanical Field . Thanks RACL GEARTECH. LTD

At times people are jealous and try to play games making their groups but if you are ignorant to all this then u can survive very easily
