Irregular payment, the organization withheld salary without any notice. If you have immense of money lying around feel free to join the organization. The organization is a cheat overvalued and they do not follow any policy.

...ny. Micromanagement and Politics everywhere. Spying on People by Technical lead. Salary Delays(Over 2 months salary not paid) Overnight Firing. No Transparency. No communication from management.

..., he is like a trash, he don't have any HR skill or management skill. Racetrack.ai is not paying salary to there employees. Since 1 year they are going through financial crunches. But still Suprat Parida can gift 4cr house to his.... This guy has no moral, and another director or partner is Shejil. This guy will come and ensure that next week you will get salary. I was almost unpaid for 4 months. Now I left it and when I ask for f&f nobody replies. And one more thing, if you don't care about mental health, tax and pf, you are always welcome to join Racetrack.ai

No ethics, no moral, they treat employees as a trash. Everyday you have to ask you salary and the only reply you will get is, we don't have fund.

Work from home option was given since covid nationwide lockdown.

Dislikes

Pointless scut work will be given as tasks mostly ends up unnecessary rework. Not much learning achieved especially for freshers. Management still following age old processes hence there is no room for innovation or improvement. Salary will be given once in 3* months (only 1/3 of the amount) that too the list will be selected based on lottery system or never. Leadership shows more interest in gabfest rather than addressing employee’s real problems. *number varies from 3-7

Well its my first company and my tenure so far here is awesome. I dont know how the work environment at other companies are but here we dont have a sir/mam culture. One can approach anyone and all call each other by name. You need to talk to CEO you can go directly and everyone is always there to listen to you. About company, its a firm working on conversational AI and everyone is learning from each other and implementing new algorithms to help clients enhance there business through AI. Its a very good firm to work not only because AI is trending and the firm is working on it but also the work culture is flexible. Thats all from my side.
