Overcall company culture is very good. All colleagues including senior management and the CEO G.K. Raju sir himself is very supportive and always encourage to learn more. At Race2Cloud, people are allowed to try new things, make mistakes and learn from it making it a perfect place for freshers and those who are trying to re-start their career. The management itself insists on having a good work-life balance. You get good opportunities to interact with different clients, handle various situations.

Dislikes

... employee / resource management is average. There's no process standardizations. Pay-scale is average. The company doesn't give any recognition awards like employee of the month/year which usually acts as a motivator.

Likes

Friendly approach from TLs and great worklife balance. Peaceful and flexible work nature.

Dislikes

...ntroduced but earlier skill development programs and training are not available. Salary can be considered on the basis of location and marital status.

Likes

...cially after second lockdown in rush of new assignments coming in is phenomenal. The culture is employee friendly and during tough days lockdown no pay cuts and salary was on time. The management is helpful and understanding. The hard work done by everyone is reflected into good hikes and moral of employees is boosted. The attrition rate is really low and good company to stay with for long term for peace of mind and work life balance if you are wise and sincere.

The delivery processes have to be in-line slightly but they will fall in place with experience and maturity.

Likes

Have worked with the company for 3.5 years. There were no layoffs, pay cuts, or payments delays during the lockdown. A good place to start a career and learn. Employee friendly company, supporting team allows you to work closely with everyone. A company that provides opportunities to learn many processes in real-time.

Its a startup. But the vision of the CEO is very futuristic. So compared to startup it provides good salary. Flexible timing, learning new technology is always welcomed.

Dislikes

Management is improper. A proper process needs to be introduced in the company, things proceed in a very random manner.
