First of all, it is my pleasure to train people for banking sector. I love to teach students and make them happy by guiding them towards their career. I like the working hours and timing given to me. There is no pressure given to the faculties regarding taking classes. Accessibility of materials in the library is very useful. I am comfortable with the location of the institute. As being a trainer for banking, there is no influence of senior faculties.

Dislikes

Scheduling of classes eased my tension. I would really thank for smooth scheduling but sometimes classes are updated lately. Bulk number of students are put inside the classroom without proper planning about the strength and ambience. It is herculean task to make all of them to understand the subject and complete the questions because of types of exposure. Updation of materials is very much important in current situation. Faculties with good feedbacks must be recognised, on the other hand others should be motivated. All of them ought to be provided with higher standard materials for a better development of both oneself and institution.
