...pent there total 7 years,so naturally my opinion about everything is excellent..salary is good for new commers.duty may be hectic if they will do double shift.job security is 100%.

Salary and Increments Performance Appraisal system is biased Additional perks and benefits are missing like Ex gratia, Retainer bonus. Policies are very much biased

Very good hospital, offers good quality patient care at affordable price. Middle class patient can get standard quality of care. For junior doctors it’s a good place to learn. Lots of varieties of cases to see, friendly environment & excellent Inter departmental coordination.

Dislikes

Work load is too much, salary structure is not that good.

Fare pay at accurate time no delay of paying the salary,job security and Company policies are all nice.

Dislikes

The organisation is working with very less manpower.Such a big organisation should have sufficient man power to giving high quality service. Because off less manpower the staffs are always doing work in anxity...which leads to dissatisfaction of patients and their relatives
