Learning new things on daily basis,challenges on daily basis thats why creativity mind make.Working time is good ( 10 A.M To 7.30 P.M),I have learned lots of things in this company,Thanx for this chance Samba Sir & Harshita Mam.

Leave management policy I dont like it,working time is not good (2 P.M to 11.30 P.M),team work is weakness, some employee is not correct information passed throgh it thats why problem create this things I dont like it thats why I anger.

Management is major drawbacks!!! Employees will provide feedback for other employees and will decide is he/ she capable without knowing them Company don't have project work on internal project

They don't have an any projects. Poor management Saturday to Monday. Strict time like school. If u ask for any half day for emergency 🦺 then they will be considered as a LWP Too much have a intrest in others personal life and other things. Here your personal life is not safe

We can develop our skill by itself They provide opportunities for freshers. Freshers can learn lot of things and have a good start in there early age career.

HR Management Learn to be Profession behavior. Stop interrupting everything in each personal issues. Mostly Extending working Hours without any OT and appraisals.

Nothing much it's just OK to start career at but they are not that to have good career option too interior is too poor no AC only table fan nothing to like about the compann.. But great to watch series and movies in the working hours as they don't have projects.

The company is more to boys support no female employee get hike they don't have projects and office culture is more likely as school the watch man keeps watch on everyone even clicks photo if using mobile or watch YT videos
