No employees respect. Bad infrastructure, there are table fans and if forgot to off the fan while going to break watchman seize the fan, watchman keeps watch on employees even records the video of employees. This is a school and the policies are even worst than school.

Management is major drawbacks!!! Employees will provide feedback for other employees and will decide is he/ she capable without knowing them Company don't have project work on internal project

Trusts on show off employee and so genuine and truly working and capable employee stays behind. Don't allow work from home. Beginners can sharpen their skills and learns alot.

Harasses employees terribly, tortures them, Worst policies, No management, uncultured environment. Terrible timings, No increments. All employees are frustrated even tortures while leaving the company.
