Management is very understanding and they even help you in any difficulties be it Personal or Official. Every one supports your goals, achivements and helps in any way one can. Best place to work.

Salary is a big issue, you may work for hours and over anbd above your job profile but the salry you get is less than expected.

Lot of political everyone will be working on how to pull you down .. HR will take your feedback from the housekeeper or drivers and if your subordinate does not give negetive feedback about you he will grill them till he they do

Not suggesting for any employees who are looking for career growth with lure of brand they deal with. All management team are selfish and use & throw of the employees . Use and throw employees without any reasons and worst HR

Dislikes

Culture is worst and not good sign for any employee . While taking interviews they show a big picture and incentives and later nothing will be given. Employees are not secured about their jobs and all are just awaited when do the management throws them out. Sales incentives are promised at the time of interviews and later won’t pay
