Obviously the company is very strict with office timing but it also gives some relaxation like 2 late ins not count, we can obviously take early off with a valid reason, we can take leaves up to 45 days in a year and more.😊

Likes

Very supportive management. Work culture wise very good and company policies are very employee friendly. Management gives multiple option to learn and grow. They are not only concern about the employees productivity but also they are very much conscious with their health and mental peace which is really very rare.

Dislikes

Strick with timings. Proper reason is required if you need consideration.
