...n you say no. I quit because I was often left alone in a busy ER on night shift. The pay is on the lower end here. Even with experience. And the training may as well be a pbs childrens show. So my advice after working here several years is to stay away.

...ey don't value there employees. Nothing is free in this world always remember!. The benefits they says they provide is already deducted from your pay then they show your salary in hand. The huge sandle is in PF deduction part where there is a process that employee and employer should contribute in employee salary. But in R1 employees have to pay whole PF amount . This they are going to clear you when you get your first salary. Yes there is politics no doubt every company have nothing new here , just added some pathetic managers who cannot even speak English (became manger by approach not by there skills), don't know how to prepare DATA. In three yrs I worked with 5 managers include female and male both. Female manager life is waste . And for male manager if don't have skills . Lack of knowledge, poor English, then welcome here . Overall 2/5 2 just to pay employee in covid times.

...ut the process, career growth slow like you have to wait 18 months to become sr. Analyst, Salary is very low as per the work. For travel you'll get both side cab for pickup &. Drop,. Because of the fixed timing schedule work life balance is maintained.

...gh in tone and Raise voice - Always Tonty and Sarcastic - Push to work at the weekend and prolonged hours without any further compensation - Plays politics within team - Boss in nature and don’t take constructive feedback - Always Poke and ping you and put noses for all your work

... on every Saturdays they ask to do OT or Friday starch without any compensation. In terms of Salary if you compare to another company you will find it on in between. No promotion if you're not a a$$ licker. Work satisfaction is a joke there.. I don't want to write such things because I never did this to any company but this bu!!-shit
