Incentive not given on time, Kumar Subhash Chandra Gautam extremely terrible Senior with immense knowledge but harasses new employees and don't train them properly and qa Sanjeev chandraprakash Shukla who is very shrewd and know how to fool employer and take downtime on pretext of teaching new joiner. Sanjeev has a connection with QA Gaurav due to which he got promoted into quality.

organisation is Good no doubt, and job security is there along with good package.

You will gonna learn nothing new, even you will forget what you have learned so far. Working like a certified labour or senior labour is the tag you will say to yourself. Think before you join, more than 500 people left R1, is few months and they hired around 1000 more, because they know there work culture.

... on every Saturdays they ask to do OT or Friday starch without any compensation. In terms of Salary if you compare to another company you will find it on in between. No promotion if you're not a a$$ licker. Work satisfaction is a joke there.. I don't want to write such things because I never did this to any company but this bu!!-shit

...d WFH sometimes each individual isn't available to be a part of it (F2F/Onsite). Also, at Organization level it needs to review each ones Compensation to make it balanced for all, especially for tenured team members (Salary Revision at Market based).
