... on every Saturdays they ask to do OT or Friday starch without any compensation. In terms of Salary if you compare to another company you will find it on in between. No promotion if you're not a a$$ licker. Work satisfaction is a joke there.. I don't want to write such things because I never did this to any company but this bu!!-shit

...'t know where it comes from but this is the situation fokof HR management in R1. Till now i'm struggling to manage my expenses, have to pay rent and i do have other responsibilities. I waited for this opportunity above a month because they keep postponing the joining by next and next week which was a false commitment by them. I leave my previous organization by there commitment and since then i'm unemployed and now they're not even accepting their responsibilities and there's no proper answer from there end. Such a pathetic experience with R1RCM. They took my mental peace.

They promised to give me good salary after joining they are saying it's final and it will be the same we are not going to rectify your salary. No one supported me and HR are also same they not even listening the problems of associates. They are just refering you to another. No support worst experience.

...achieved something bigger like for which US Management team can appreciate you. No job satisfaction, No salary satisfaction, No learning for new things apart from your process work, you can be removed at any moment from your role by giving n number of excuses. Not more than 5% Appraisal company can give any employee under Cash Posting processes. I am giving 13 hours to the company everyday since WFH is going on and that to without OT reimbursement to met my login time and Time on system which should be more than 8 hours. OT reimbursement is also too much less.

Worst internal politics from higher management to TL Level. Might be you can see impatient behavior, Personal taunts, Personal grudges from managers on the floor towards employees. Favoritism

They didn't support me at all. Infact they Terminated me without any notice. My salary is still on hold. They didn't even gave me proper training.

management and operation team are pathetic. I still regret why did I joined this company. The training department is worse.
