... on every Saturdays they ask to do OT or Friday starch without any compensation. In terms of Salary if you compare to another company you will find it on in between. No promotion if you're not a a$$ licker. Work satisfaction is a joke there.. I don't want to write such things because I never did this to any company but this bu!!-shit

...anies out there, R1 work place is good but people ( higher level ) are not good. Now a days R1 is not offering good package too.

They promised to give me good salary after joining they are saying it's final and it will be the same we are not going to rectify your salary. No one supported me and HR are also same they not even listening the problems of associates. They are just refering you to another. No support worst experience.

I think R1rcm is the best company to start a career and boost skills. Company culture and values define you and your future too. I have gained a lot of knowledge and confidence working here. and also got promoted within 3 years.

There is no proper training manegement New User will handed over to Mentorship and if they have time they will help or you will sit ideally on system, because they also have their targets to achieve. When it comes to work Ivr call takes more time to connect your total time would be wasted on other hand if you have access to the websites which only few team had...........it
