...gineer don't have more technical support. Job is not secure for further future. Salary issue is good. But political & politics problem have much more in this group.

I don't like work with non-technical person . Because in this group the staff have high post to control the project but but they are not fully technical.But in this group after giving resignation letter by any staff , salary is not provide by company head to Staff.

I have been worked in R-Tech group for a period of 2 years.I found this company worst.. Worst... Worst... Worst. If I suggest to everybody I would like to say that please be avoid to join this company. As per my experience in R-Tech Construction, perhaps I never find like this worst company because there is a vice president Mr. Prempal who played a politics in staff, he has no experience to coordinate to Junior staff. He has no good character,manners,sense with staff. Also the company work on there advice always. They terminate the employee whenever they want without giving any reason. Perhaps all the guys will have been understanded. I suggest to all of the guys who are willing to join the company for any Job profile please avoid even HR deptt, Marketing, construction deptt or wichever is.
