Overall experience is good like manager and team. In terms of salary also they give according to market. Technology wise they do not have much projects on latest one. If you get good project the its good else it will be difficult to work on old technology with a tough client.

Client was not good they do not help much but asking to think your self.

No Variable pay component in salary is only the best thing

Hire and Fire policy, Job instability, Zero job security, Appraisals on basis of terms with managers, Zero innovation as older staff loves to follow only traditional methods(against implementing new things). New resources are never able to perform their best as senior resources never help due to their internal politics and personal agenda. Don't pay compensation such as relocation expenses. No flexible timings, No work from home, No on job training, Zero skill development and Learning, No Agile implementation in projects, No process followed in teams & projects,Managers don't value individuals skill set and unique strengths. Higher management least interested in any of the fields. Pathetic work environment and company culture due to lack of professionalism and internal politics among senior employees. No proper parking and proper transport, No proper recreational centers.

Good salary offered if your skills are competitive enough.Good learning env. they have separate employees who provide training on latest technologies.

Dislikes

Hard to maintain work-life balance. No Job security, u can be kicked out any time however they make the process quite smooth Prem gosami, hr head is amazing and supportive person Most of the projects die in pipeline and employees die of unemployment

As per my opinion in the R Systems there 1. Job Security 2. Training sessions and Salary you got on time and also you got appraisals on time on every one year. So overall positive feedback.

Dislikes

There is no HR activity like Games and out door activities , there is no team party. They do those things in a year but not regular or not in a quarter. But I think these are not the necessary for the IT employees.

1. Tech-lagging company 2. Old-school culture in the company (Specially sir/mam culture).
