"FOR YOUR FAMILY SAKE DON'T JOIN HERE." REAL TRUTH OF HIRE-FIRE: - Managers starts hiring without project confirmation. So hired candidates fire here. - If your package is above 20lpa and project completed then they will move to bench and fire. - Don't join here without reference or project confirmation from inside. - Managers directly tells that you only get good appraisal If you work extra stuff for him and his other projects along with current work. - Appraisal is low

They have not project to assign. If you are on Bench then every second you will feel that today is your last date and suddenly will get a call from Dhanesh or Tarun(HR) that search for new job. You have maximum 1 week time. After that they will give you 2 months basic salary and one month full salary after FNF. And outside the company if you have no job then you will be under pressure till new job. I don't recommend for this company.

...ey will hire for the specific project once it ll b done next day they will fire.they will offer high salary but at the end they will scam you .don't fool by the salary they are providing temporary salary permanent trauma.

...they can fire u at any time. They hire for client and then fire Worst HR policy They will ask you to leave and then never provide you the last month salary you have to sent the mail again and again asking your salary

Overall experience is good like manager and team. In terms of salary also they give according to market. Technology wise they do not have much projects on latest one. If you get good project the its good else it will be difficult to work on old technology with a tough client.

Client was not good they do not help much but asking to think your self.
