Work life balance is ok. Company is good for old people who are VP and AVP level

Appraisal are 5% only no matter how you are good enough in your work. If getting promotion, your Designation will change only No extra salary hike. No skills upgrade No Training for anything No certification No leave granted with any medical emergency No leave encashment policy Work culture is not so good... management level person are not cooperative, they just behave like malik and servant. No party from office and team gathering

Nothing to be liked in RSystems. It got worse after bit has been bought by Blackstone.

Dislikes

... leaves will be given to you. They will expect you to work on national holidays. For extra work on holidays no compensation will be provided. They don't think about your body and mental health. They just want their work done even if you are not well or even hospitalized you have to work. Older employees are getting all the advantages not a new ones. For getting the advantages you have to be there for atleast 5-7 years.

"FOR YOUR FAMILY SAKE DON'T JOIN HERE." REAL TRUTH OF HIRE-FIRE: - Managers starts hiring without project confirmation. So hired candidates fire here. - If your package is above 20lpa and project completed then they will move to bench and fire. - Don't join here without reference or project confirmation from inside. - Managers directly tells that you only get good appraisal If you work extra stuff for him and his other projects along with current work. - Appraisal is low

On time salary. you can get good hike if you are switching your job.

Bench policy is very bad. If you don't have project no body is going to talk you. All become ghost. Suddenly one day they will tell you you have 10 day remaining in this company. If you do argument, they told you it is written in your agreement and you already agreed at the time of joining. Bad corporates culture. No opportunity to grow in term of learning or your current position.
