Nothing to be liked in RSystems. It got worse after bit has been bought by Blackstone.

... leaves will be given to you. They will expect you to work on national holidays. For extra work on holidays no compensation will be provided. They don't think about your body and mental health. They just want their work done even if you are not well or even hospitalized you have to work. Older employees are getting all the advantages not a new ones. For getting the advantages you have to be there for atleast 5-7 years.

On time salary. you can get good hike if you are switching your job.

Dislikes

Bench policy is very bad. If you don't have project no body is going to talk you. All become ghost. Suddenly one day they will tell you you have 10 day remaining in this company. If you do argument, they told you it is written in your agreement and you already agreed at the time of joining. Bad corporates culture. No opportunity to grow in term of learning or your current position.

good team members and sometime good work to learn.

...language. No Job security. they and release any time from project and company. HR just give you 20 days for job search then they give you only 2 months basic salary.

Management is very poor. I worked with the worst technical manager in my IT career he is very rude, shouting in every Morning stand up meeting for the sake of pressure, always talk very aggressively, no work life balance while working under him, always plays a safe game with team, he treats himself as Boss not leader and he always looks for a negative point of an employees to criticize/put down irrespective of employee has done excellent job. Poor management. No body would come to you from higher hierarchy if you have any dispute with any colleges and you try to approach them.

Ontime salary and payouts of bills.

There is so much scope of improvement, considering the size of the organisation the growth opportunities are evenly distributed. Mostly service projects with resource providing way only. Management is so much in to politics through managers of their choice. No onsite opportunity for most projects. Good for few years not a company where you can spend more time.
