If you are from technical background, the management will involved you in technical as well as non technical work such as Purchase, HR, Admin, Logistics, according to your competence and after some time the other work will be your core area and your Academic Knowledge, Training and experience relevant to your field will be lost and after 4-5 years you are not able to secure job for the profile in which your previously have knowledge and experience. Best Example of this is Mr. Raghuvendra Pratap Singh who's working with them for more than 5 years. Now he's struggling to find job in his core profile.

...e job in 1-2 years and they himself can't hold the employee for 1 increment. 3. Increment is fixed 10% for the employee having salary below 30K (Increment 3,000) for Salary between 30K to 60 K (Increment is Rs.3,000) for employee for more than 60K ( Increment Rs.5,000) irrespective of Salary. If you asked for higher Increment then you will lost your job. 4. Increment will be once in 2 Years.

They are allow you any product develop their premises. Open mind for development any product and personally involved solve all type problems.

They have not pations, these attitude like how can fail your product. They are not arranged fund again for rectification of fail product. They are not done any payment of vendors after they are obsolete the project. If they have no planing for future any item's. They are not done payment of supplier in that case . That's are such so horrible mentality.

Ye company nhi workshop hai company me name par pgl banate hai joining ke time batayenge notice period 15 days hai but jaise hi ap join kr log 1 month baad apse ye sign karvate hai ki apka notice period 3 month ka ho gya majburi me sabko sign karana padata hai ar jb ap notice period complete nhi krte ho to ye court case krte hai ,jb ap join kroge to ye batayenge nhi ki mobile allow hai ya nhi after 10 days Mobile ko gate par jama karvane lgte hai very bad experience

2 saal me ak bar increment hota h vo bhi bina koi standard tarike se asha hota hai ki ha iska 2000 kr do iska 3000 kar do uska 2500 kr do koi management hi nhi h ak hi Banda admin dekhega vhi banda purchase krega mtlb ye hai ki yaha koi department nhi h ap kisi bhi department ke ho kaam apko sare department ka karana hota hai ashe hi iss company me ITI holder shailendra tiwari hai 2 saal ka experience hai usko 2000 ka 2% nikalne na aye but vo company ke kisi bhi ldke ko dhamki de skta h ki aj tujhe niklva dunga kyoki sara kaam vhi dekhta h but atta ushe kuch nhi h supplier se paise khata hai but yha ke jo malik hai piyush pasricha unko kaun samjhaye ki ye sab inki kaat rhe hai company me koi standard tarika nhi h jisase jo mn vo kaam krte hai jisase mn bhar jata h instant nikal dete hai ye company nhi hai iss company ka ye history raha hai koi notice period complete karake jaye ya na jaye us par case to hoga hi bhale hi ap 3 mahine notice period complete kro but apke upper court case to hoga ye yha ki ab tk history rahi hai
