Review writing space is less so started in like section... All the "5 star Review" are given by HR only.

...20purchase Engineer. There is no Technical interview, only Hr takes interview. They are badly in need of employees so no question ask only bargain on salary. For this much experience you'll get this much salary...end of interview...your selected. 2. Work Culture - From the numbers of resignation you will get to know the "great work culture". Company Timing is 9 to 5:30 Late mark is allowed till 9:03 ... yes you read it right only "3" minutes allowed, after 9:03 it is considered as late mark ...for 3 such late marks half day salary is deducted. Incoming time is strict but outgoing time is not fix ... if you leave at sharp 5:30 then your not good employe. Even Asst Manger purchase scold their subordinates for "leaving on time". Lunch time is 1:00 to 1:30 ... First waring bell at 1:25 by this time you should be at your desk ...if HR saw you anywhere other than desk @1:25 she'll scream badly in front of people. Tea Timing is only 3:45 to 4:00 that too you have to get in line with all workers. If line is long and you pass 4:00 don't forgot to use earbuds ... loud sound wave of scream is on your way.... 3. Salary - As there is no good Technical person to evaluate your knowledge and experience. You will get good salary if you fake experience. Currently many people in purchase in rr don't even know the P2P cycle. So salary wise it is good. Fresher are getting 20k something. That too they are hiring from nashik only two special consultancy siddhivinayak and Vaibhav placement ( reasons you can understand) 4. Roles and responsibilities - If material invoice is there GRN is there which done by store itself but in future if they don't find material then purchaser have to find it by himself. Store people are not sound Technically Stock is not updated in system. If we have to do purchase Planning system stock is 10 but physically it will be 6-7 it if for A class materials like gearbox motors pump. It's purchaser responsibility to take physically stock and then do Planning.... There is one vendor fix for company. Form Hr,planning,store to production every one will force you to buy from them by hook or crook. You have to take 3 quotes. Tell lower price to that special vendor and buy form there only. They will create such urgency. For fabrication you have to personally pick up material from highway with your own vehicle. Sometimes it is so heavy. For urgent material (which they creat purposely) you have to go to Shahapur (near village) to buy material. Even local village vendors are denying material due to payment issue. Vendor send material by their choice so purchaser should have dream that material is been sent. Otherwise sound wave of scream will be there.... All the Challan on which material is sent out for machining/subcontracting...purchaser have to keep all records in excel 🥲 One of the Asst Manager purchase he follow some different ideology . But he clearly does partiality in veg & non veg people's. if we eat non veg he used to switch off whole office ac and opens the window in hot summers... You have to come to work on Sundays also... (Sunday ko konsa vendor chalu rahta Pata nahi 🙄 pr ana hai) at that time any material received then you have to unload it from truck by yourself by operating cranes and belts etc ( in short fukatchi hamali) They are attracting new employees in the name of SAP which they are trying to implement since 3 years. Till date it is not complete. Lot of scams going on in this company. They will create urgency for That special vendor and forced you to buy from him. Fabrication costing is not proper even MD knows that but he's not taking any action (chalta hai chalne do). Any if you ask any question they will offer you % which is rare... otherwise in future you will be writing review like this sitting in MNC 😎

People are very co-operative and understanding..

Dislikes

Management unnecessary rules. Some times it feel like u are in school, strict time other wise half salary deduction, personal phone cannot be used in office hours.

Kaam junior kare aur salary senior ka badhta hai ...... Junior ka appraisal ho ya na ho (no one cares) junior sirf kaam krte rahe ..... Senior only ordered kare ...kaam zero.... Aur head of department is zero knowledge.....usko uske team ke logo ke naam bhi maloom nahiii .... Please please please Do not join the company !!! Growth zero !!!!!! Chugli karne valo ka salary badhata hai ye sunaa tha ,R R Plast me akee prove bhi hogaya ..... Quality head select the candidate for mechanical Quality and baad me usse electric ko Jane ko bolta hai ...(nashik pattern)

...y employee strength in dispatch which is not of any use other than playing PUBG. Strict Punching rules like school bell otherwise salary cuts. No any respect for staff. Working Environment not good.
