Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Worst work culture........no professionalism...... Salary gets credited once in 3 months. And if u left the company u will not get anything......the entire management is fraudulent.

worst experience working with NRM International, No job security , no person for support , only people waiting for your one single mistake and you will be throw out from the company without any notice or intimation.... 100% genuine.

Dislikes

Boss has no own mind , he can ask to leave if anyone complaint for your single complaint.

Likes

People in company are hard working. They create own production pipeline. Which Management is missing.

Dislikes

Company is not able to retain it employee. Company don't trust it's employee. Growth is slow the work pressure is high. They are lacking in managing work. Only H.O.D IS considered treatable and all appreciation goes to him. No insurance is provided though company main job is construction. Company doesnt provide required training also.
