For juniors don't have proper job training, salary is decent, but people are leaving with in 1-2 years for silly resion,

I joined last year in HP unit QC. This is a intermediate unit. QC manager not a good person, bucket peoples only getting opportunity and everything here. Growth not there, sometimes I'm thinking what knowledge I have that one also may be forgot.

There are 4 Blocks available in RLFC , Gauribidanur plant... I'm working in A Block and here work culture is tooo good when compared to other blocks... Work Pressure is more eventhough we can manage because of good higher officials in A Block

Few blocks are not even considering Engineers as Engineers... I worked in B Block initially for few months ... They didn't treat people as humans
