Everything. Work work environment. Don't know even english. Accounts Member and Senior HR always take interview in Hindi. There is no professionalisme they didn't value your degree. Account senior and HR senior person is pathetic. Lots of good people left jobs from here because of their arrogance. Senior in accounts almost completed their 3-4 years but as per them they knows everything in accounts with zero english knowledge 😂 he plays lots of politics in accounts department

All. Management is highly egoistic. Lots of politics happens their. And management is really blind about the things happening behind their back. They only listen to the persons who is licking the soles of their feet. Some pathetic perons are working their Like Amit Sen, Ashish Shah, Shrinavasan, Lavleen Tondon, Ajay Vaghasiya who are the real politics players. They can whatever to get you out of your job if you not bow in front of them. These peoples are real corrupt, always try to make money by showing fraud transaction or by taking the benefit of their position. And the management is always in the support of them. These peoples realy dosent care about your family or in a what financial condition you are. They just take wrong actions against you. Please always do not join this company any how.

Company was really good. I was just for hardly 8 months. And i m not so big to give my bad ir good opinion about the company policies and management. All bosses has there own rules and regulations and policies too. How to work with their subordinates . The same way bosses were also good.
