Only benifits for freshers, here no value for experience candidates bcz company giving salary not sufficient to lead normal life also.

Dislikes

Warst company, labour payment issue can't give labours payments in correct time and also rate less , give all pressure on staff to complete project without giving labour payment. Company depends only on credit

Dislikes

There are so much work pressure. There are no work life balance. There are no any special authority or treatment according to Senior and Junior, all are treated as same whether Senior have much knowledge, junior are free to argue anything with Senior whether junior are committing error in their working. No Management take any action against this. But all responsibility are on Seniors but he can not tell anything to anyone even juniors are committing error. Management thinking are not good, specially of Admin Director.

Compassion's average, but growth is slow.The work pressor is very high always I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day sometimes late into the night.Management do not value an individuals, unique strengths, which is why I have to take my suggestions most of the times.
